Cancellation & Refund Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement by contacting support; orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Returns are accepted only for damaged, leaking, or incorrect products with notice within 24 hours and photo evidence at support@twitchbeverages.in.

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method upon approval.

No returns/refunds for opened, partially consumed, or taste preference issues.

Refused deliveries or address issues will result in deduction of two-way shipping charges from refunds.
